Mr. Mounir is an accomplished professional with a proven success record of over 20 years in Top MNC companies and Grain Processing Industries at various levels from Executive to Managing Director \/ CEO. In 2009 he Joined in the family business of Bakhresa Group and was appointed as the Managing Director \/ CEO of Rwanda, Burundi, Zimbabwe and South Africa.<\/span><\/p>

Ali Habaj holds an M.B.A in Marketing from the University of Bristol, UK and a General Management Program for top executives from Harvard University, USA to add to his credentials. Having worked in Oman for over 23 years in management roles, he possesses rich experience of which he led Oman Flour Mills Co. SAOG (OFM) and Atyab Investments from 2000 to 2017. During Habaj\u2019s tenure at OFM, the company\u2019s workforce grew from 220 to 1,500 employees. It was under his leadership that Atyab Investments was created, an investment arm focused on value addition through downstream industries. This is evidenced by a notable achievement in revenue growth from 60 Mn USD in 2010 to 220 Mn USD in 2016.\u00a0 Atyab Investments built Oman\u2019s largest industrial bakery and successfully turned around the country\u2019s major poultry farms- broiler and layer facilities. In addition to this, Atyab Investments is setting up new milling and Grain silo facilities in the Industrial Port of Sohar. During the first half of this financial year, the group\u2019s profits grew by 47% compared to the previous year and this robust growth will be seen in the second half as well. The company will continue with its 5-year vision of investing the US $1 Billion in the food sector. He continues to be involved in the industry through different board positions and consultancy assignments for the flour milling industry. He is an active member of the Young President Organization (YPO), held the position of chairman for YPO Oman from 2015-2016 and is the elected Chairman for YPO MENA Gold Regional Chair 2022-2024<\/span><\/p> <\/p>\n

Osama is a renowned businessman and the Chairman of DAL Group, which holds various businesses across Sudan, UAE, UK, and East and North Africa. He joined DAL Group in 1975, originally as a salesman in Sudanese Tractors and rose to eventually becoming DAL Group Managing Director in 1985. Later he took over as the Chairman of the Board in 1989 (a position he holds to date).<\/span><\/p>

Notable milestones under his leadership include: starting Sayga Investment Company, which is the one of the largest flour milling companies in Africa and the market leader for wheat products in Sudan; established DAL Food Industries, Coca Cola bottling plant and manufacturer of other soft drinks; started Capo Dairy, which is a market leader in processed dairy products; and started DAL Motors that now has exclusive dealerships with Mitsubishi and Mercedes in Sudan.<\/span><\/p>

Other than his position with DAL Group, he holds various other board roles, including as the Chairman of Agricultural Investment Holding Company (Ethmar) Limited, Invictus Holding Limited, and Invictus Investment Company PLC.<\/span><\/p> <\/p>\n

Meena Ally is an award winning Tanzanian Media Personality, Events MC, Youth Activist and Online Content Creator. <\/span>Amongst other innovative products, she has worked to promote rights for youth and women in Tanzania through media where as she has worked with BBC Media Action since 2015 hosting a youth radio program (Niambie), and later on school concerts that inspire young people to make informed decisions and gain more knowledge on safe sex and early pregnancy preventions. <\/span>She worked as a co-host to Millard Ayo on a popular info-tainment evening drive show Amplifaya in clouds FM and later on joined XXL, a vibrant youth entertainment radio programme through which she has managed to change lives and interview notable international acts i.e.: Rema, Joe boy, Korede Bello, John Amos (Coming to America) etc.<\/span><\/p>

She is now the host of Tanzania's biggest talent search TV show (Bongo Star Search), Canadian TV (Feva TV) and has held with great respect big stages like Miss Tanzania 2022, Tanzania Broadcasters Forum, UNICEF 75 years celebration and many more.<\/span><\/p>
