 هل لديك شغف بعلم الأغذية أو الطحن أو التكنولوجيا الصناعية؟ هذه فرصتك لتشكيل مستقبلك في واحدة من أهم الصناعات في العالم؛ منحة دراسية ممولة بالكامل للمرشحين المختارين من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا للالتحاق ببرنامج تدريب IAOM MEA تقدم في تكنولوجيا الطحن لمدة ستة أشهر، تقدمه CERIC، وهو مركز تدريب تقني رائد يقع في مدينة الدار البيضاء، المغرب، يُقدَّم البرنامج بالكامل باللغة العربية، ويجمع بين التعليم النظري، والتدريب العملي في المختبرات، والزيارات الميدانية للمصانع، بالإضافة إلى تدريب مهني تحت إشراف متخصصين، ويهدف البرنامج إلى تزويد المشاركين بالمهارات العملية والمعرفة اللازمة لبناء مسيرة مهنية ناجحة في مجال طحن الحبوب ومعالجتها.

معايير الأهلية

  • Age between 18 and 30 years old
  • Citizen of a Middle East or African country
  • High school science diploma or above
  • Fluent in Arabic
  • Strong motivation to work in the milling or food industry

Applications that do not meet the above eligibility criteria or are missing required documents will not be considered.

Terms & Conditions

  • Confirmation Deadline: Selected participants must confirm their attendance within 2 weeks of receiving the official selection email (by September 16, 2025). Failure to confirm will result in disqualification and replacement from the waiting list.
  • Attendance Policy: Attendance in all classes and internship sessions is mandatory. Absences will only be excused if a valid reason is provided along with supporting documentation. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the withdrawal of the scholarship.
  • IAOM MEA bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or liability that may occur during the course of the program.

About the National Flour Milling Federation (FNM)

The National Flour Milling Federation (FNM) is the professional body representing Morocco’s industrial flour milling sector. Established by Law 12-94 in 1995, FNM succeeded the former Association of Flour Milling (APM), which was originally founded in 1937.

FNM plays a vital role in Morocco’s economic development and contributes significantly to national food security by uniting the country’s key milling operators. It also acts as a strategic driver for modernization and innovation in the sector.

FNM’s core functions:

  • Define the strategic priorities of the flour milling industry
  • Support modernization and upgrading of member milling units
  • Develop and implement advisory, training, and support programs
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing through publications and an economic observatory
  • Organize flagship events such as the Grain & Milling Expo to promote innovation and food sovereignty

About CERIC – The Training Hub of the Program

The Advanced Milling Technology Training Program is delivered at CERIC – the Center for Study and Research in the Cereal Industry, located in Casablanca, Morocco.

Established in 2019 by FNM in partnership with OFPPT, Bühler, and the US Wheat Associates, CERIC is a state-of-the-art training and research center serving the cereal industry across the Middle East and Africa. It supports the entire value chain — from grain processing to product development — through innovation, technical education, and applied research.

Key Facilities within CERIC:

  • IFIM – The Institute of Milling Industry Training (over 500 professionals trained)
  • CPI Lab – Pasta and couscous research and development platform
  • IFMBP – National institute for bakery and pastry training
  • AGROLAB – Accredited lab for grain and food quality testing
