REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delegate Registration:
The registration fees provide registrants’ entry into all Conference Sessions, Expo Venue, Welcome Reception, Traders’ Dinner, Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Conference Documentation as made available by the speakers. The fees are also inclusive of airport transfers* for delegates staying at any one of the IAOM MEA preferred hotels for arrivals at the Cairo International Airport only on 11th or 12th November 2023 and departures on 15th evening (after the event) or 16th November 2023. The fees do not include accommodation.
*Flight details should be submitted to info@iaom-mea.com by October 25th, 2023 to guarantee Airport transfers.

- 10% off for 3 – 5 persons from the same company/ group
- 15% off for 6 – 9 persons from the same company/ group

Exhibitors’ Registration:
Registered Exhibitors (maximum of two persons only per company per stand, for each additional stand one complimentary conference entry only), regardless of IAOM member or Non-member, will be entitled for conference benefits such as entry into all Conference Sessions, Expo Venue, Welcome Reception, Traders’ Dinner, Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Conference Documentation as made available by the speakers. The fees are also inclusive of airport transfers* for exhibitors staying at any one of the IAOM MEA preferred hotels for arrivals at the Cairo International Airport only on 11th or 12th November 2023 and departures on 15th evening (after the event) or 16th November 2023. Joined companies will be considered as one company. Any additional person into the exhibition will be charged accordingly as per the applicable Conference Fees and subject to confirmation of the organizer.

Spouse Fees:
Registered spouse will have access to the Conference Sessions & Expo Venue and will be entitled for Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Dinners and inclusive of airport transfers* if staying at any one of the IAOM MEA preferred hotels for arrivals at the Cairo International Airport only on 11th or 12th November 2023 and departures on 15th evening (after the event) or 16th November 2023. Spouses’ are not entitled to Conference Kit (Bag and Stationeries) & Conference Gifts.

Local Tax will be charged extra on the payment done by VISA/MASTER CARD during onsite registration.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@iaom-mea.com. All cancellations are subject to a US$ 100.00 non-refundable processing fee if postmarked prior to 07 October 2023 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow two weeks to process refunds. Alternatively, a substitute delegate is accepted to attend in your place if you are unable to attend.
In the event IAOM MEA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, IAOM MEA will refund the full cost of registration. However, IAOM MEA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
General Disclaimer:
- IAOM MEA will not be liable in respect of any personal injury (including without limitation serious injury or death) that delegates may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of attending.
- IAOM MEA conference, expo and all related activities. Nor will IAOM MEA be liable in respect of any other losses arising as a result of any such personal injury.
- IAOM MEA will not be liable in respect of any of delegates´ personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged before, during or after IAOM MEA Conference & Expo and all related activities.
- IAOM MEA will not be liable in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
- IAOM MEA will not be liable in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
- IAOM MEA will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
- IAOM-MEA will not be responsible for any direct/indirect loss/damage made by delegates/exhibitors to the property/properties of the venue/service providers.
- Please note that all hotel bookings will be processed through online reservations strictly via the respective hotel direct links or contacts referred. Please refrain from providing your credit card details to any sources or third parties resulting in fraudulent activities. IAOM MEA will not be held responsible for any transactions done with third parties.
