Alexandre du Fresne von Hohenesche started his career in the bakery/pastry equipment field in 1997 in France. After a short period in the ice cream sector he joined the German company Werner & Pfleiderer Industrial Baking in 1998 to become a turn key specialist in automated bread lines and worked in the East African and Middle East markets. He enhanced his experience by joining in 2016 Fritsch Bakery Technologies, part of the Multivac Group, a leading company in the sheeting line business where he became Sales Director for the African, Middle East and Indian Subcontinent.
