The appointment scheduler tool exclusively is available for registered delegates. Appointments can be arranged directly with registrants during the online registration process.
Kindly note that one-to-one appointments can be scheduled from 26 Oct – 28 October 2022.

Appointment Scheduling in 3 Easy Steps:
Step 1 – Once you complete the regular registration process, after the final payment page, you will be redirected to your registration confirmation page under which you can click on “Schedule B2B Meeting with Other Delegates“:
Step 2 – Click on the “Create Appointment” button and click on “B2B Meetings”.
Step 3 – Once you click on the “B2B Meetings“, a small window such as the below image will open on the right. Please fill in the required information such as “Attendees, Time & Subject” and click on “Send Appointment Invitation”
If you are registered in the system, please CLICK HERE and click on “Already Registered”, and enter your email address and confirmation number to proceed with the above steps.
