Asanda Hewana is a Food Technologist with a Diploma in Food Technology who currently runs the Research and Development department for AIT Africa. This is an affiliate of the big agricultural French group INVIVO-Soufflet. With 12 years’ experience in the Milling and Baking industries, her experience has been acquired extensively from a number of Ingredient suppliers into the wheat milling industries.
