Before graduating with a degree in food technology, Markus Löens worked as a professional baker for several years. After graduating, he headed the baking and confectionery technology centre at Leibniz University in Hannover for 6 years. In 2002 he took up a new challenge at Brabender, Duisburg and has been responsible for Business Development Food & Feed since mid-2019.
