She was born in 1985,Istanbul,Turkey. She studied Food Engineering. She completed her master degree in 2021. Her master thesis was about the effects of the enzymes on flour and bread quality. She is working as R&D Manager in Mirpain Food Ingredients Company since 2010. Also, she is responsible for on-site trials and trainings in the Middle East and Africa.
