General Terms and Conditions:
- The prices provided above are in United States dollar currency and will be invoiced inclusive of a 5% VAT charge. Please note that these prices are subject to change depending on the exchange rate at the time of booking.
- The prices quoted are for a one-year advertisement, and the validity of the advertisement begins from the date it is placed.
- Space allocation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to approval from the IAOM MEA regional office. IAOM MEA retains the right to allocate advertisement space on the website to multiple companies. Advertisements will be displayed in a rotating manner among different companies, ensuring equal visibility.
- Please send your prepared logo/artwork to info@iaom-mea.com in a high-resolution format that meets the specified pixel requirements. Additionally, provide the website address to which you would like the logo/artwork to be linked.
- To secure your advertisement space on the website, payment must be made in advance. You can choose to pay via bank transfer (TT) or credit card (visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Full payment must be received within 7 days from the date of the issued invoice. For (TT) transactions, please include bank charges of US$ 40 from both sides.
